About me
I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor with the IACP. I work with both adults and adolescents. My philosophy of counselling is grounded in a deep respect for the client's innate capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. I believe that healing occurs within the context of safe and consistent relationships, and my role as a therapist is to walk beside my clients as they make meaning of their experiences, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of agency. My practice is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship that offers a safe, non-judgemental. secure, empathic, and collaborative space to explore. I work from an integrative, client-centred approach that recognises the complexity and individuality of each person's lived experience and I strive to meet each client with respect and keep the client at the centre of all my work.

Qualifications:
BSc (Hons) Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy; MA in Guidance Counselling; Professional Cert in Children and Loss; Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy; Certificate in Complex Trauma.
